It is my duty and my humble honor to officially announce the promotions and additions of Rear Admiral Blanco and Rear Admiral Dan to the Admiral's Council. They have already been welcomed into the Admiral's Council and are doing excellently in their new roles . Admirals, on the behalf of the Council of Admirals, we welcome you! Great to have two of the finest officers in the Fleet join our upper ranks! Congratulations! Council of Admirals Promotions and Elections Captain Blanco is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral Captain Dan is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral The Council of Admiral's officially elects both candidates, by unanimous decision, to be seated on the Council of Admirals.
