It is the sole word I use to personify the time I've had to serve with you both while on the battlefield. During your time in service to StarFleet's First Fleet Tactical, WoWS, you have proven yourselves as seasoned specialists and becoming leaders. Adept at what you do, I know you'll continue to learn all that you can to continue to be the best up and coming StarFleet Officers that you can be. And while your time on First Fleet's flag ship, the U.S.S. Sovereign, was short, I know your leadership will be long felt and learned from, as you transfer to Second Fleet and serve aboard their flagship, the U.S.S. Venture. They are truly lucky to be receiving you, and all that you bring. It is my honor to promote both of you to the rank(s) of Acting Ensign with all rights and privileges, thereto.
