Our history
More than a quarter century of organized gaming, leadership, conflict, reinvention, and service.
1998
The beginning
StarFleet was founded by Admiral FireFox and grew from the early Star Trek gaming community into a multi-game organization. Its earliest years established the command structure, training culture, and public identity that allowed it to persist beyond any one title.
The full founder’s account remains part of the Fleet record. A future FMS-managed history module can preserve the original narrative while separating verified dates, leadership eras, and major milestones into searchable entries.
Expansion
Units, training, diplomacy, and command responsibilities grew with membership.
Continuity
StarFleet adapted to new games while retaining its community and service model.
