STFC Server 72 Rules of Engagement

Current rules

1. Effective 4 August 2025.
2. Shield or share: bases are never protected.
3. PVP in token space is forbidden. Exception: Mirror Universe; MU space is a PVP area and ROE does not apply.
4. PVP against a ship inside an active armada circle hosted by the target alliance is forbidden.
5. Under-protected-cargo survey vessels on mining nodes are protected from PVP unless on a zero node. Proof must be retained before attacking a zero node.
6. ROE protections are revoked for ships other than Voyagers occupying or mining Anomaly mining systems.
7. During a contested Territory Capture, ROE is suspended in all involved systems for participating alliances.

These rules mirror the current public StarFleet record. Operational Discord announcements may supersede them when explicitly authorized.
