We all have noticed that december's monthly meeting had a lot of promotions in it...but i have noticed that not a lot of people have put in for pip change...please remember that you have to put in for the pip change request to get your promotion before next months meeting! If you are not sure how to go about this ask any of the command staff or even myself. You can also look at other requests to get an idea of how to do it. Lets see the pip requests flood in for the captain to get busy with.
