non-aggression between [99th] 99th Special Operations Command and [sF] StarFleet. I am honored to have been signatory on
this pact alongside former-Director Kira Ametrine, and appreciate the 99th's General Maverick in acting with the best tenets of peace
and diplomacy towards this agreement.
Non-Aggression Pacts serve as an important symbol and tool for StarFleet, as they are the first step in progressing forward in forming
lasting, fruitful relationships with other organizations. As such, it is important that we acknowledge them publicly as an extension of
StarFleet's grace and good will.
