TO ALL STARFLEET PERSONNEL AND OUR COMRADES AMONG THE STARS, On behalf of the Starfleet Diplomatic Corps, it is with great honor that I, Ambassador Krakatoa, formally announce a declaration of non-aggression between [99th] 99th Special Operations Command and [sF] StarFleet. I am honored to have been signatory on this pact alongside former-Director Kira Ametrine, and appreciate the 99th's General Maverick in acting with the best tenets of peace and diplomacy towards this agreement. Non-Aggression Pacts serve as an important symbol and tool for StarFleet, as they are the first step in progressing forward in forming lasting, fruitful relationships with other organizations. As such, it is important that we acknowledge them publicly as an extension of StarFleet's grace and good will. StarFleet welcomes you, soldiers of the [99th]. Here's to many more years of friendly contact and future collaboration.
