You have also proven to be able to take a flag officers worst days and keep marching on with yours. I admire your tenacity, as well as your dedication to adopting StarFleet's ways. I know that hasn't been the easier road to navigate, but I think you're doing it very well. Well enough to represent me in my absences. I also feel I have much I can teach you, even though you have an impressive administrative resume as it is; I would be pleased if you accepted my offer of becoming my Attaché and join me in StarFleet Command.
