Nelson Posted May 7, 2024 Report Posted May 7, 2024 Good Evening again, StarFleet! It has been a long desire of mine to bring to light to the skilled people, not just off the field, but on the field, as well. Think of the technical members of the Fleet who are in depth experts of the games we all play and share together, or the one person who has a fix for many technical problems such as game launch issues, or your firewall causing connection issues. These folks are heroes, yes, but they've never really been recognized for who and what they are. What they mean to us. It's time for that to change. StarFleet will now further enhance the career experience for all levels of StarFleet. No longer will you be recognized by just your rank or executive position, but you will now be recognizable by your skill and the level of which you provide that service. The brand new Technical Operations Specialists roles are now here so you know which subject matter expert can help you with the issue you experience on the field! Please join me in recognizing and congratulation our newly identified specialists! And we hope they continue to help in the best way they can, in service to StarFleet!
