Lastly, an award that ranks amongst the highest in Starfleet - The Order of Starfleet.

This is a award that goes to individuals who greatly assist the Fleet behind the scenes, becoming a role model for other Fleet Members.

The Order of Starfleet can only be awarded by a Council Member.
