Awards And Medals

These are the commendations awarded to StarFleet officers. These commendations are achieved through hard work and dedication to the StarFleet community.

War Ribbons

These ribbons are given to officers who participated in the battles listed below:

DD= – Campaign Ribbon
RIC – Campaign Ribbon
BSM – Campaign Ribbon
ESX – Campaign Ribbon
WG/RSC – Campaign Ribbon
RS – Campaign Ribbon
UF – Campaign Ribbon
SFTF – Campaign Ribbon

Internal Ribbons

Diplomacy Aid Ribbon – Awarded to an officer for assisting in an alliance or in any form of treaty. Also awarded to an officer who negotiates peace for other fleets or races. Awarded only once.
Diplomacy Ribbon – Awarded to an officer for making alliances or treaties. Also awarded to an officer who negotiates peace for Starfleet. Awarded only once.
Starfleet Good Conduct Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who, time and again, has served Starfleet by following orders without complaint. Awarded only once.
Starfleet Merit Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who has worked for Starfleet behind the scenes, giving his or her free time. Awarded only once.
Starfleet Recruitment Ribbon – Awarded to any officer who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in the field of recruiting. This officer is to be known as “Starfleet Top Recruiter.” May be awarded to any officer deserving such a title. Awarded only once.
Order Of StarFleet – Awarded to an officer who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Such an officer has greatly assisted Starfleet behind the scenes and has been a role model for others in activity. Awarded once, and only by a Council member.
Battle Report Race Ribbon – The battle report race ribbon can be awarded an unlimited number of times. It gets awarded to an entire Division/Squad that wins a battle report race and cannot be removed, unless the winning Division/Squad cheated.

Ladder Ribbons

Ladder Champion – Awarded to the current leader in any in house ladder, this award is passed on if the current leader is beaten.
Gold Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who obtains the top spot in any in house ladder. Awarded once per game.
Silver Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who makes the top three of an in-house ladder. Awarded once per game.
Bronze Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who makes the top five in any in house ladder. Awarded once per game.
Tournament Champion – Awarded to an officer who championed or finished within the top ten of a tournament outside of Starfleet or a Starfleet ladder. Awarded only once per game.
Tournament Commendation – Awarded to an officer who has shown excellence in a tournament whether Starfleet lost or won the match. Awarded only once per game.
Tournament Team Award – Awarded to a squad of a game division that has shown that they are the best of the best in their game. Awarded only once per game.

Battle Ribbons

Battle Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who has be aten an enemy in battle during a dedicated fleet battle. Awarded once per game.
Elite Battle Ribbon – Awarded to an officer who has beaten the enemy in a dedicated fleet battle and in doing so beat two or more opponents. Awarded once per game.
StarFleet Star – Awarded to an officer who has won all battle ribbons and continues to win many battles. Awarded only once per game.
StarFleet Elite Cross – Awarded to an officer who has won the SFS medal and has continued to battle for StarFleet. Awarded once per game.
StarFleet Flying Cross – Awarded to an officer who wins outright an official fleet battle. This officer must have beaten all enemies where StarFleet has failed to do so as a whole. Not a single loss is acceptable to win this medal. StarFleet must have attended a fleet battle and the officer involved must have been the only officer to win without a loss. Awarded more than once in any game.
StarFleet Heart – Awarded to an officer who sacrificed his or her life and crew to aid a fellow officer to win a battle.
StarFleet Congressional Medal Of Service – Awarded to an officer who has served StarFleet without fault for more than 6 months. May be awarded many times.
StarFleet Top Gun – Awarded to an officer who has lead any ladder for more than 6 months. This officer is not only an excellent player, but very active as well.
Fleet Admiral’s Star – Awarded to an officer who has represented Starfleet in battle and did so with honor and integrity. Winning battles and furthering the name of Starfleet, such anofficer must have achieved something special; it might be winning against the odds, beating an enemy leader, etc. Awarded only once per officer and solely at the Fleet Admiral’s discretion.
StarFleet Elite Officer – Awarded to an officer who has served StarFleet for more than six months. He or she must be an outstanding pilot and must have given his or her time to assist the fleet in both organizational and maintenance work. He or she must obtain a vote from the Admirals’ Council with a unanimous decision.
